PERRYTON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The athletic director at Perryton High School was arrested on a warrant for “sexual assault of a child,” according to the Ochiltree County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the sheriff’s office Thursday morning, athletic director and football coach Cole Underwood, 29, was arrested on a warrant for “sexual assault of a child” after an alleged incident with a student at the school. Perryton High School.

As of Thursday morning, the Perryton Independent School District had posted “Athletic Director/Head Football Coach” as a newly vacant position at Perryton High School.
