WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Eleven people were arrested in a warrant sweep across Washington County early Friday morning.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said about 40 probation warrants were attempted for various crimes.

In total, 11 people were arrested during the raid. The arrest warrants against those arrested ranged from firearms, drugs and parole violations.

The sweep warrant was executed by the Sheriff’s Fugitive Warrants Unit, Washington City Police, Strabane Township Police, Pennsylvania State Police, Washington County Drug Task Force, Department Washington County Adult Probation, Pennsylvania State Probation and the United States Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force.
